This project is a mixed use residential and commercial property at 918 Armitage in Chicago Illinois. The owner desired a very accessible, abstract entry to residence as well as a traditional walk up for the commercial portion of the property. I built the project off site in a local warehouse. After the pieces were constructed I placed all elements as well as planting myself. Working on one of the busiest streets in Chicago was an adventure in and of itself.
