In 2010 I visited my nephews in Illinois and their ages coupled with a newborn inspired me to build a three pointed star treehouse so each child could have their personal adventure. The treehouse was built in my cousins warehouse over the winter and placed in time for spring fun. Twelve LED lights driven off an amorphous solar panel and controller allows the kids to play into the night. It’s 2017 and the solar system is going strong with a wind turbine planned for spring of April of 2017.
